Auschwitz and its satellite camps and all concentration camps were people doing exactly what the devil wanted them to do. They were a pre-hell, but for those who didn't deserve it. No one maybe deserves that kind of treatment other than those who treat others that way. They people who did those things were ultimately self-absorbed. It is a lot to think about. I had a psychologically hard day.
I am in Warsaw now. Probably just for one night and then Budapest.
